1001 Delicious Snacks for Instant Gratification - Perfect for Office, Road Trips & Movie Nights

I wanted this book after purchasing and using "1001 muffins" by the same author for the last few years. It just happens to be my alltime favorite cookbook. I just received "1001 snacks" today and spent a hour drooling over the goodies in this gem of a book. I can't imagine why anyone would write such an awful review for a book they didn't even purchase. Don't believe a word of it! He uses white bread in some of the recipies in order to be able to roll it flat. And if you don't like white bread, use whole wheat. I have no problem substituting at will. So what if some of the recipies are simple. That's what I'm looking for! If you're going to be a critic, at least be fair. Don't pick out a few simple or unusual recipies and set them up as examples of what this book is about! It's not! It's variety! Simple, exotic, tasty and unusual ingredients is most certainly what this book is about. Try it, you'll like it.
