I really enjoy the these as a meal Keeps me full for hoursDiscovered these in a coffee shop. They're delicious, not too sweet and very filling -- in fact, sometimes just half of one is enough. I like the sunflower butter version best (green/yellow package). The peanut butter version (red/blue) is pretty good but needs a little more salt. I haven't tried the chocolate chip kind.Love the product. It appears this time that the delivery driver for Amazon or whoever handled the package decided to practice their NFL punting skills on it because the box was all bustacated and everything was just almost falling out of the box. Very disappointed in how my delivery had been treated!I carry several of these bars in my car and in my lunchbox. 1 serving is 1/2 bar. Lightly chewy with seeds and almond butter or peanut butter. One has chocolate. Great with coffee or milk.Actually a 4.5. I live on clif whey protein bars. Seriously, two a day plus coffee help me make it through a running workday (with only a sandwich for lunch). For variety and curiosity (and my wife asked) we looked at other high protein bar snacks that could hold our appetites in check (we weren't looking at calorie count, just taste and food quality). We were pleasantly surprised by these bars. They taste kind of like the Aussie Bites from Costco. I still like the clif whey protein bar more, but I will add this to the mix for variety. Plus: Amazon sent the box in a soft package. Of course the package broke apart in the shipping process. But the bar's wrappers were tough enough to hold together despite the box coming apart.It's deliciousI gave this 4 stars because the packaging was terrible. The box was completely torn apart and some of the bars were smashed and falling to pieces. This needs to be corrected or I won’t order again, no matter how much I liked the product!I love the flavor of all the pucks in the variety pack. They do have very high caloric intake if you consume the entire puck, but the ingredients are very good and the taste is amazing. I love them for a good, healthy, nutritious snack to take with you, and they are awesome for travel.
