Didn’t mix well or taste that great. Just okIve been using this product every weekday morning in my coffee for about a month now. The flavor is great and helps with my fasts in the morning. Ive dropped 10lbs recently and I think this product definitely helped me meet my goals.Tasted good in coffee, used every day, but I've had way better success from "hair, skin and nails" vitamins... my nails were worst ever when taking this every day. So I doubt it would work for joints which is really why I wanted to try it.It's got stevia in it which I didn't realize I can't use it causes me to have stomach distress so I gave it to my daughterGreat taste, I put it in my post workout shake at 11am and I don’t have to eat until at least 2pm! Definitely curbs hunger too. My nails and skin are starting to show improvements already.I’m a big coffee snob and buy and grind my own beans from select suppliers so I’m very discriminating when it comes to what I put in my coffee. This product enhanced my coffee experience as it added a hint of vanilla (but not too much) and dissolved quickly in it unlike other brands. This product simply works on all fronts as described. Highly recommend for coffee drinkers who are looking to relieve joint and/or muscle pain or for those who exercise who want to remain nimble, loose and flexible. When I’m in the office I’ll add espresso to my coffee and the chocolate powder almost eliminates the espresso taste.
